3. Flexible service hours with no lunch break in proceeding household registration.
4. Streamline the procedure in the issuance of ID card. For the initial, supplementary, or re-issuance application, with clearly identifiable photos, the ID card will be issued within 30 minutes.
5. No household certificate is needed for changing name. For the applicant aged under 14 with vulgar name or applicant aged over 14 with name identical to that of other's, application could be proceeded instantly upon arrival.
6. Share cross-office household information for providing "one-stop application & whole-course service" by fax inquiry for exempting the person concerned from proceeding the certification procedure.
7. Provide at-your-place service for the elderly and people with physical/mental disability.
